Afke Helprigdina Maria Schaart (born October 24, 1973 in Zwartsluis) is a Dutch politician and former manager. As a member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie) she has been an MP since June 17, 2010. She focuses on matters of economic affairs (technology, innovation, export, regional and business location policy) and top incomes policy.
From 2008 to 2010 she was a member of the municipal council of Wassenaar.
Schaart studied political science with a specialization in international relations at the University of Amsterdam.
